Quality Process

The quality process starts from the very first process of manufacturing, we are dedicated to using only high quality selective raw materials that are being source from the domestic as well as European companies. Standard Inspection according to bureau of Indian standards and testing of finished products in our sophisticated instrumentation lab ensure standard quality, which we guarantee. Each finished bundle is packed with while PP Plastic separately, which makes it export worthy.

Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production samples from each order are tested for strength, flexibility and other technical property. That is why we have been able to improve quality of our products.

Our Sophisticated Quality Control Lab

Our QC department consists of 5 inspectors and one chief inspector who have over 23 years of experience in quality control departments. Their wide exposure is PVC pipe manufacturing industry ensures that our customers get defect free products.
